A suicide prevention resource for the LGBTQ+ community.
The project
ACON worked with Headjam to develop Here - a digital suicide prevention hub for the the LGBTQ+ community, as well as their friends and family.

The tech
The ACON team has several existing websites, all of which run on Wordpress. To keep things simple, we opted to develop Here in Wordpress also.

The fun
One of the most enjoyable parts of this project was developing the resource and service cards used throughout the website. The website features a gradient oval that responds subtly to the user's touch or mouse interactions, and to get the most out of it the design utilises a semi-opaque glass effect that was frustrating fun to get working correctly in both the light and dark themes of the site.
